Experience in large-scale and different projects
One of the first challenges of the Company was the construction of Gldani Underground Car Park. The construction began on 18 March 2015 and continued until 23 December 2015 inclusive. Despite the complexity of the project, CAPITOL CONSTRUCTION managed to construct a two-level underground parking lot for 100 motor cars within short timeframe. The building site was arranged in the underground cave at 10 meters from the land surface. Underground excavations, strengthening of underground cave walls and monolithic concrete lining was being carried out concurrently. Because of crowded place, the security measures were intensified in the surrounding area. Construction work was carried out 24 hours a day.
Gldani Auto Parking is equipped with modern parking systems. It completely meets the quality demanded by the customer.
Gldani Auto Parking will significantly contribute to relieve of Metro area, which has been one of the busiest transport hubs of the city.
